Claims (4)
- 질화규소를 주성분으로 하고, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W에서 선정되는 금속의 규화물 및/또는 탄화물의 판상입자의 1종 이상으로 이루어지며, 판상입자의 두께가 상기 판상입자의 단경의 5분의 1이하임을 특징으로 하는 고인성 질화규소 소결체.
- 상기 단경 d2이 소결체중의 다른 입자의 입경보다 크고 100μm보다 작으며, 또한 소결체 체적의 2∼13체적 %가 상기 판상입자로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 고인성 질화규소 소결체.
- 상기 판상입자는 그 주면의 장경 d1과 단경 d2과의 비(d1/d2)가 10이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 고인성 질화규소 소결체.
- Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W의 규화물 및/또는 탄화물을 용융하고, 냉각하며 기계분쇄하여 판상의 분말을 얻는 일과, 얻어진 분말의 두께가 상기 분말의 단경의 5분의 1이하인 판상입자를 선별하는 일과, 상기 선별된 판상입자와 소결조제 및 질화규소분말과의 혼합물을, 가압성형하여 얻은 성형체를 성형체중의 판상입자가 실질적으로 용해, 반응, 변질하지 않는 온도에서 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소 소결체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
