Claims (10)
- 실리콘, 및 구리 또는 구리화합물을 함유하는 촉매로 이루어진 고체접촉 매스에 메틸클로라이드를 반응시킴으로써 디메틸디클로로실란을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 촉매가 나아가 실리콘과 촉매와의 고체접촉매스에 대해 약 30~1000ppm의 주석 및 안티몬 중에서 선택된 하나이상의 금속 또는 주석 및/또는 안티몬의 화합물(주석 및/또는 안티몬금속으로 계산). 및 약 0.05~4%의 세슘 또는 세슘화합물(세슘금속으로 계산)을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주석 및/또는 안티몬의 함량이 약 80~250ppm임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 세슘함량이 0.1~1.5%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매가 나아가 고체접촉 매스에 대해 약 0.1~3%의 아연 또는 아연화합물(아연금속으로 계산)을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 9중량%이하의 아연을 구리의 염소화반응에 촉매작용을 미치며 그리고/또는 구리 염 및 /또는 세슘과 저융점상 또는 공융물질을 형성하는 금속으로 대치함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 금속을 알루미늄, 카드뮴, 망간, 니켈 및 은중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 90중량%이하의 세슘 또는 세슘화합물(세슘금속으로 계산)을 리튬, 나트륨 또는 칼륨 및 루비듐 중에서 선택된 다른 알칼리금속, 또는 그러한 알칼리금속의 화합물로 대치할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 아연의 중량비가 0.2~1%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 사용되는 촉매를 구리, 염화제일구리 및 염화제이구리 중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 메틸클로라이드를 실리콘과 반응시킴으로써 직접합성을 수행하기 위한 제1 내지 9항중 어느하나에 따른 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
