Claims (11)

  1. 구리 또는 구리화합물을 함유하는 촉매 및 실리콘으로 구성된 고체 접촉매스에 염화메틸을 반응시켜 디메틸 디클로로실란을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 실리콘 및 촉매의 고체접촉 매스에 대해 주석 및 안티몬으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 촉매가 약 30 내지 1,000ppm(주석 및/또는 안티몬으로 계산된)함유하고; 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨 및 루비듐 또는 상기 알칼리 금속의 화합물로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 알칼리 금속 촉매가 약 0.05 내지 2%(알칼리 금속으로 계산된) 함유함을 특징으로 하는 디메틸 디클로로 실란의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속의 함량이(알칼리금속으로서 계산된) 0.1 내지 1중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 주석 및/또는 안티몬의 함량이 80 내지 250ppm임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 알칼리금속이 칼륨 및 루비듐으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 고체 접촉매스에 대한 아연 또는 아연화합물로 구성된 촉매가 대략 0.1 내지 3%(금속아연으로 계산된) 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 90중량% 이하의 아연이 구리의 염소화를 촉진하고 및/또는 구리 및/또는 실리콘과 더불어 공융(eutectic) 또는 낮은 융점상을 형성하는 금속으로 치환됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 금속이 알루미늄, 카드늄, 망간, 니켈 및 은으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 구리, 염화 제1구리 및 염화 제2구리로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 아연의 중량비가 0.2 내지 1%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 반응은 교반상 반응을, 유동상 반응기 또는 회전로 중에서 선택된 반응기에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 염화메틸과 실리콘을 반응시켜 직접 합성 방법을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
