제1도는 교류전원을 사용한 냉방전용기의 제어회로도.
제2도는 실내기와 실외기로 분리시킨 분리형의 냉방전용 냉동 싸이클 배관 계통도.
제3도는 실내기측의 제어장치와 전류검출장치 및 실외기측의 제어장치 부분의 상세도.
Claims (11)
- 실내외기를 전원회로에 접속하고, 또한 양 실내외기 사이에 신호선을 접속하여 운전제어하는 공기조화기의 제어회로에 있어서, 실내외기 공용의 삽상전원회로를 설치하며, 이 삽상전원회로의 이상으로부터 꺼낸 신호선을 설치하고, 이 신호선의 실내기측에 기기운전용 전자릴레이 접점과 상기 신호선을 흐르는 전원을 검출하는 전류 검출장치를 직렬로 접속하여 설치하는 동시에, 실외기측에 상기 기기의 보호 접점과 상기 기기용 전자 접촉기를 상기 실내기측 신호선과 동일한 신호선에 직렬로 접속하여 설치하고, 상기 실내기측에 상기 기기 운전용 전자 릴레이 접점을 제어하는 제어장치를 설치하고, 상기 실외기측에 상기 보호 접점을 작동시켜, 상기 기기의 온 오프(ON-OFF)를 제어하는 제어장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신호선의 한쪽끝을 실내기측의 일상에서 취하고 다른끝을 실외기측의 다른 일상에서 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제어회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실내기측의 일상이 R상이며, 실외기측의 일상이 S상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이상 모두 실내기측 혹은 실외기측으로부터 취하고 트랜스를 통한후 직류전원으로 정류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기기가 공기 조화기용 압축기인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기기가 공기 조화기용 압축기와 사방 절환 밸브이며 이들의 기기가 제각기의 신호선에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실내기측에 설치한 제어장치가, 신호선을 흐르는 전류의 검출장치에 의해 검출한 전류신호를 입력하고, 그 전류신호와 부합해서 정상운전 할 수 있는 것을 확인한후 기기의 운전신호를 내보내는 마이크로 컴퓨터와 그 운전신호에 따라 트랜지스터를 작동시켜서 기기 운전용 전자릴레이 접점을 작동시키는 장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실외기측에 설치한 제어장치가 압축기에의 과전류를 검출하는 장치와, 제상운전 신호를 내보내는 장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전류 검출장치가 정류 브릿지와 다이오드 및 저항의 직렬회로와, 그 회로의 출력을 받고 마이크로 컴퓨터에의 신호를 출력하는 페이더로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삽상전원회로의 R상을 신호선의 공통라인으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제어회로.
- 제4항에 있어서, 직류전원에 접속하는 실내외기 사이의 한개의 공통라인, 다른 신호선으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제어회로.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
