Claims (3)
- 중합단계에 앞서 단량체 혼합물에 하나 또는 그 이상의 입체-장해성페놀류를 단량체 총량을 기준으로 0.001 내지 2.0중량퍼센트 첨가하는 단계와, 이어서 트리옥산을 양이온활성촉매와 상기 페놀의 존재하에 트리옥산과 공중합할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 단량체와 공중합시키는 단계와, 얻어진 공중합체를 용율 상테를 이루기 위하여 상기 공중합체의 융점보다 더 높은 온도에서 가열하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리옥산 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트리옥산은 단량체 혼합물의 총량을 기준으로 99.99 내지 75중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리옥산 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 페놀은 2,2'-메틸렌비스(4-메틸-6-t-부틸페놀), 헥사메틸렌 글리콜비스(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시히드로시나메이트), 테트라키스[메틸렌(3,5-디 -t-부틸-4- 히드록시히드로시나메이트)] 메탄, 트리에틸렌글리콜-비스-3-(3-t-부틸-4-히드록시-5-메틸페닐)프로피오네이트, 1,3,5-트리메틸-2,4,6-트리스(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시벤질)벤젠, p -옥타데실-3-(4'-히드록시-3',5'-디-t-부틸페놀)프로피오네이트, 4,4'-메틸렌비스(2,6-디-t-부틸페놀),4,4'-부틸리덴-비스-(6-t-부틸-3-메틸페놀), 2,2'-티오디에틸-비스-[3-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)] 프로피오네이트, 디-스테아릴-3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시벤질-포스포네이트 및 2-t-부틸-6-(3-t-부틸-5-메틸-2-히드록시벤질)-4-메틸페닐아크릴레이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리옥산 공중합체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
