Claims (15)

  1. (a) 야자유 ; (b) 올리브유 및 올레유로부터 선택한 기름 ; (c) 코코넛, 바아바수 기름 및 야자핵기름 중에서 선택한 기름 ; (d) 콩기름, 옥수수기름, 해바라기 종자유, 면실유 및 홍화유 중에서 선택한 기름 ; 및 경우에 따라 (e) 지방 조성물 중량에 대해 2% 이하의 레시틴을, 지방산 100중량부 당 17 내지 22중량부의 니놀레산 ; 28 내지 44중량부의 올레산 ; 7 내지 25중량부의 타우르산과 미리스트산 ; 및 8 내지 26중량부의 팔미트산과 스테아르산이 함유되도록 하는 비율로 혼합하여 지방 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 성분을 야자유의 융점 이상의 온도에서 혼합하여 각 성분 기름이 액체상태가 되도록 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 혼합온도가 약 36℃ 내지 50℃인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 일부의 액체 성분을 미리 가열하여 여기에 고체 성분 또는 성분들을 용해시고, 적절하게 나머지는 액체 성분을 가함으로써 혼합을 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 액체 성분을 약 50℃로 미리 가열하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 지방 조성물이 지방산 100중량부당 팔미트산과 스테아르산을 합하여 8 내지 24중량부를 함유하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 지방 조성물이 지방산 100중량부당 18 내지 20중량부의 리놀레산을 함유하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 지방 조성물이 지방산 100중량부당 30 내지 36중량부의 올레산을 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 지방 조성물이 지방산 100중량부당 라우르산과 미리스트산을 합하여 15 내지 22중량부를 함유하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 지방 조성물이 지방산 100중량부당 팔미트산과 스테아르산을 합하여 18 내지 22중량부를 함유하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 성분(b)가 올레유인 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 성분(c)가 코코넛 기름인 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 12항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 성분(d)가 콩기름 또는 옥수수기름인 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 지방 조성물이 콩 레시틴을 함유하는 방법.
  15. 제1항 내지 14항중 어느 하나의 공정에 따라 제조된 지방 조성물을 단백질원 및 탄수화물과 조합하여 유아영양용 식품을 제조하는 방법.
