Claims (10)

  1. 하기 구조식 (I)의 산화제를 사용하여 알킬기를 카르복실기로 산화시키는 데 있어 상기 방법이 상기 구조식 (I)의 화합물을 하기 구조식 (II)의 화합물과 반응시키는 것으로 구성되며 이 반응이 25-95℃, 염기성 조건하에서 수행되는 방법.

    R-CH3(II)
    상기 식들에서 X는 구리, 코발트 또는 은이며, Y는 산소이며, m은 1 또는 2의 정수이며, n≥m이며, R은 알킬, 아릴알킬 또는 헤테로아릴알킬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조식 (I)의 화합물을 높은 산화 상태에 있는 구리, 코발트 또는 은과 혼합해주고 PH>9에서 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 알킬을 염기성조건하에서 반응시키며 상기한 염기성조건이 구리, 코발트 또는 은의 염이나 수산화물 또는 산화물 존재하에 몰과량의 50%-250% 수성차아염소산염으로 구성되며 상기 반응이 PH>9 이상에서 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 조건이 CuO 존재하 수성 차아염소산나트륨으로 구성되며; 여기서 2-메틸-3-퀴놀린카르복실산이 2,3-퀴놀린디카르복실산으로 산화되거나; 또는 2-메틸 니코틴산이 2,3-피리딘카르복실산으로 산화되거나; 또는 상기산화가 실시예 6에서와 같은 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화가 상기 구조식 (II)의 화합물을 구리, 코발트 또는 은의 염, 산화물 또는 수산화물과 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물에 50%-250%몰과량의 염소기체를 도입시킨 후 상기산화를 PH>9에서 수행하는 것으로 구성하는 것으로 구성된 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산화가 Cu(OH)2및 염소 기체 존재하에 수행되며; 여기서 2-메틸-니코틴산이 실시예 1에서와 같이 2,3-피리딘카르복실산으로 산화되거나 2-메틸-3-퀴놀린 카르복실산이 실시예 5에서와 같이 2,3-퀴놀린 디카르복실산으로 산화되거나; 0-톨루일산이 실시예 7에서와 같이 프탈산으로 산화되거나 : 3-(3-피리미딜)프로판올이 실시예 8에서와 같이 니코틴산으로 산화되거나 또는 1,2,4-트리메틸벤젠이 실시예 9에서와 같이 1,2,4-벤젠트리카르복실산으로 산화되는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산화가 CuO 존재하에 수행되며; 여기서 2,3-루티딘이 실시예 10에서와 같이 2,3-피리딘-디카르복실산 및 2-메틸니코틴산으로 산화되는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산화가 CuO 존재하에 수행되며; 여기서 2-메틸-3-퀴놀린카르복실산이 실시예 12에서와 같이 2,3-퀴놀린다카르복실산으로 산화되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화가 구조식 (II)의 화합물을 수성산화나트륨으로 처리된 구리, 코발트 또는 은 양극을 함유하는 전해조에 첨가한 후 산소발생이 일어나는 전압이하의 전압을, 적용하고; 상기 산화를 PH>9에서 수행하는 것으로 구성된 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 산화가 실시예 3에서와 같이 Cu양극 존재하에 수행되며, 2-메틸-3-퀴놀린 카르복실산이 2,3-퀴놀린디카르복실산으로 산화되거나; 또는 상기 산화가 실시예 4에서와 같이 Co 양극 존재하에 수행되며 2-메틸-3-퀴놀린카르복실산이 2,3-퀴놀린디카르복실산으로; 또는 상기 산화가 실시예 11에서와 같이 Ag2O2존재하에 수행되며, 2-메틸-3-퀴놀린카르복실산이 2,3-퀴놀린 디카르복실산으로 산화되는 방법.
