Claims (10)
- (A) (i)일반식(a)의 폴리디오가노실록산; 일반식(b)의 폴리디오가노사이클로실록산; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되며, 임의로 일반식(c)의 폴리디오가노실록산, 일반식(d)의 폴리디오가노실록산 및 이들의 혼합물을 함유할 수 있는 100중량부의 올리고머; (ii) 2내지 70중량부의 산성 또는 중성 강화충진제; 및 (iii) 황산 또는 일반식 XSO3H (여기에서, X는 이하에 정의하는 바와같다)의 설폰산의 촉매량을 혼합하고; (B) 중합반응을 수행한 후: (C) 촉매를 루이스염기로 불활성화시켜 (i)에서의 출발물질보다 분자량이 큰 폴리디오가노실록산중의 강화 충진제 분산액을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 괴상 중합 반응(bulk polymerization)이 의해 비-크레이프성 실리콘 중합체-충진제 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 각각 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 페닐, 비닐, 알릴 및 3,3,3-트러플루오로프로필로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되며; x는 3내지 100범위의 평균치를 가지고; y는 3내지 10범위의 평균치를 가지며; R′는 각각 탄소수 6이하의 1가 탄화수소라디칼이고; z는 0 내지 50범위의 평균치를 가지며; X는 할로겐, 알킬, 아릴, 알콕시 및 알크아릴로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, (iii)을 첨가하기 전에, (i)과 (ii)를 충분한 전단을 사용하여 혼합하여 (ii)를 (i)에 분산시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (i)이 폴리디오가노사이클로실록산(b)이고, (ii)가 클로이드성 실리카이며, (iii)이 황산인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, (i)이 폴리디오가노실록산(a)이고, (ii)가 클로이드성 실리카이여 (iii)은 알반식 R2C6H4SO3H [여기에서, R2는 적어도 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 1가의 탄화수소라디칼이다]의 모노알킬-치환된 벤젠 설폰산인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 클로이드성 실리카가 175m2/g 내지 300m2/g의 표면직을 갖는 훈증실리카 5내지 20중량부이고, 모노알킬-치환된 벤젠설폰산이 0.5 내지 0.7중량부의 도데실벤젠 설폰산이며, 촉매를 0.3 내지 0.5중량부의 디에틸아민으로 불활성화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (ii)가 175m2/g 내지 300m2/g의 비표면적을 갖는 훈증실리카 20내지 60중량부이고, (iii)이 모노알킬-치환원 벤젠실폰산이며, 촉매는 신화마그네슘으로 불활성화시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단계(A)는 (i)폴리디오가노실산(a)을 콜로이드성 실리카인 강화충진기(ii)와 혼합한 후, 물을 제거하기에 충분한 시간동안 혼합물을 밀폐용기내이서 100내지 170℃로 가열하여 시스템으로 부터 물을 제거한 다음, 무수 혼합물을 80내지 100℃로 냉각시켜, (iii) [여기에서, 설폰산은 0.5 내지 1.0중량부의 도데실벤센 설폰산이다]과 혼합함을 특징으로 하여; 단계 (B)는 촉매화된 혼합물을 30 내지 35℃로 냉각한 후, 원하는 분자량 증가가 얻어질 때까지 15분이상 동안 이 온도를 유지시킴을 특징으로 하고; 단계 (c)는 0.4 내지 1.4중량부의 가소된 산화마그네슘을 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, 폴리디오가노실록산중의 강화충진제의 분산액을 경화제와 더 혼합하여 경화성 조성물을 수득하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 경화제가 실리콘 탄성중합체를 경화시키는데 적합한 유기 퍼옥사이드인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 경화제를 사용하여 습기에 노출되면 실리콘 탄성중합체로 경화되고 습기의 부재하에서는 안정한 조성물을 수득하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
