Claims (13)

  1. 기밀배출기를 통해 축로의 상부에 공급되는 가정쓰레기와 같은 폐기물을 분쇄하고 증발하는 방법에 있어서, 흡입물질은 공정가스와 함께 흐르는 동안 미리 건조되고 미리 증발되는 것과, 연소도중 발생한 열에너지 외에 추가로 제어된 양의 열에너지가 전기적으로 완전히 또는 부분적으로 가열된 송풍가스에 의해 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 플라즈마 발생기가 송풍공기의 가열을 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 연탄, 고문쓰레기, 폐기유와 같은 연료가 흡입물질에 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 발생된 가스의 열에너지는 흡입물질에 혼합된 연료의 비율 또는 양을 제어하므로써 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 증발 및 슬랙온도는 송풍가스에 공급된 열에너지의 양을 제어하므로써 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 송풍공기는 축로의 몇몇 상이한 레벨에서 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 송풍가스는 최소한 장입레벨위의 축로상부로, 축로의 중간 지역으로, 그리고 그 기저에서 공급되는 것과, 최소한 세개의 상이한 송풍가스 흐름의 온도와 산소 잠재량은 서로가 독립적을 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 공정은 축로의 최소한 세개의 상이한 구역에서 수행되며, 상기 구역은 세개의 상이한 레벨로 송풍공기를 공급하므로써 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 축로의 세 상이한 구역(I),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ)에서의 온도는 각각 약 600℃, 1400℃ 및 1500℃로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 발생된 가스는 축로의 위로 약 2/3지점에 위한 환상드럼에 의해 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 공급된 송풍공기는 발생된 배출가스와 열교환하므로써 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 송풍가스는 플라즈마 발생기에서 고온으로 가열되는 소량의 가스에 의해 가열되어, 이 소량의 가스가 필요한 정도로 주된 가스의 양을 가열하는데 사응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 송풍가스가 공기일때, 증기는 송풍공기를 가열하기 위해 그리고 산화질소 형성의 위험을 최소화하기 위해 플라즈마 발생기에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리방법.
