Claims (13)
- 유리형성재를 용융하기 위한 방법에 있어서, (a)예열용기내에서 유리형성재를 가열하는 단계; (b) 상기 예열용기로 부터의 가열한 유리형성재를 용융용기로 통과시키는 단계;(c) 30%이상의 산소농도를 갖는 연료 및 산화제를 2200℃이하의 피이크 불꽃온도에서 연소시켜 고온연소 생성물을 생산하여 상기 가열한 유리형성재를 용융하기위해 상기 용융용기에 열을 제공하는 단계; (d)단계(a)의 가열을 행하기위해 용융용기로부터의 고온연소 생성물을 예열용기로 통과시키는 단계; 및 (e)연소생성물을 예열용기로부터 방출시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리형성재를 상기 예열용기내에서 270℃이상의 온도로 가열함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)의 연소가 환원제로써 기계적으로 순수한 산소에 의해 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부가적 연소생성물을 단계(a)의 가열용 예열용기로 제공하기 위해 연료 및 공기를 연소하는 단계를 더 구성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연소생성물이 815℃이하의 온도에서 예열용기로부터 방출함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)의 연소의 피이크 불꽃온도가 1650내지 2090℃의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리형성재가 스크랩 유리를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피이크 불꽃온도가 불꽃영역에로의 로가스의 유입에 의해 2200℃이하로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예열용기로부터 용융용기로 통과하는 가열한 유리형성재와 함께 역류로 흘러 고온 연소생성물이 용융용기로부터 예열용기로 통과함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리형성재가 1090℃이상의 소결온도를 갖는 재료만으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화제가 10%이하의 질소로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연도가스를 산화제에 재순환함으로써 상기 피이크 불꽃온도가 2200℃이하로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연료 부화조건에서 연료 및 산화제의 연소를 행함으로써 상기 피이크 불꽃온도가 2200℃이하로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
