제1도는 본발명에 따라 형성된 뚜껑으로 밀폐시킨 용기의 상부 사시도.
제2도는 뚜껑의 셀(Shell)부분 및 내층(liner)의 특정 단면 및 내층과 용기 목부분 사이가 본발명에 따라 상호 체결되는 상태를 도시한 제1도의 선 2-2에 따른 수직 단면도.
제3도는 실선은 부착된 플래스티솔(plastison)내층의 형태를 나타내고, 점선은 컬링(curling)된 후의팽창된 플래스티솔 내층을 나타내는 뚜껑의 확대 단면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 팽창된 상태인 컬링된 플래스티솔 대층을 갖는 셀로 구성되고, 상기 대층의 하부가 용기 목부분의 비드 하부에 체결 계합되도록 반경방향 대측으로 돌출한 체결비드로되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀이 상기 비드 부분에서 반경방향 외측으로 확개되어 상기 비드에서의 대층의 두께가 대층의 축방향으로 인접한 대층의 두께보다 두껍게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내층이 상기 비드 하부에시 테이퍼형램프(ramp)로 종결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플래스티솔이 두께에 따라 증가되는 팽창비를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 뚜껑.
  5. 그 하부가 반경방향 대측으로 향한 체결 비드로되어 있는 컬링된 플래스티솔 대층을 갖는 뚜껑 성형용의 중간제품에 있어서, 상기 중간제품이 그 내부에 컬링되지 않은 플래스티솔내층을 갖는 셀로 구성되고, 상기 내층이 반경방향내측으로 향한 자유 돌출부를 갖는 스커트부를 포함하고, 상기 내층스커트부의 인접한 셀 부분이 반경방향 외측으로 확개되어 상기 내층 스커트의 하부가 상기내층의 그 인접부에 비해 두께가 두껍게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간 제품.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 플래스티솔이 컬링될때 팽창되는 형태로써 두꺼운 부분이 얇은 부분에 비해 두께의 선형증가 폭이 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 중간 제품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 플래스티솔이 두께에 따라 증가되는 팽창비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간제품.
  8. 용기와 밀봉결합되는 플래스티솔 내층을 갖는 셀을 포함하는 형태의 뚜껑을 성형하는 방법에 있어서, 그 하부가 반경방향 외측으로 확개된 스커트부를 갖는 셀을 마련하는 단계와 내층의 스커드부를 셀스커트부의 외측으로 확개된 부분에 겹쳐지도록 축방향으로 연장시켜 내층 스커트의 하부의 두께가 내층스커트의 축방향으로 인접한 부분에 비해 두껍게 되도록 컬렁되지 않은 상태의 플래스티솔내층을 부착시키는 단계와, 내층의 플래스티솔이 팽창되도록 내층을 컬링시켜, 두께가 두꺼운 내층 스커트부의 큰반경방향 팽창으로 내층 스커트상에 용기목부분에 있는 비드와 체결결합되는 반경방향 내측으로 향한 단일체의 체결비드를 형성하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑 성형 방법.
  9. 제8항에, 컬링되지 않은 내층의 스커트부가 단면이 직선인 내부표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 컬링되지 않은 상태의 내층의 형태를 성형펀치로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 플래스티솔의 팽창비가 두께의 증가에 따라 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
