  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プラスチック材料によって一体的に成形されており、キ
    ャップ頂部と、該頂部の外周辺から垂下しているスカー
    ト部と、を有し、該スカート部がその半径方向内面にね
    じ成形が施こされ螺旋状のねじ隆起部を形成しているね
    じ付きキャップであって、該ねじ隆起物がその長さ方向
    に間隔をおいて設けられた複数の半径方向内方に面した
    切欠と、該ねじ部上力に少なくとも１つの内方環状リブ
    と、を有し、このリブが容器の口部周辺に伸びる面によ
    ってガス密シールを形成しているねじ付きキャップと； 首部が、口部周辺に前記ガス密シールを形成する面を提
    供すると共に前記キャップの係合する外ねじを備え、こ
    の首部のねじの隆起部が半径方向外方に興しかつその長
    さ方向に間隔をおいて設けられている複数の切欠を有し
    ている首部を備えた容器と； の組合せ。
