자기접착성 에나멜(ENAMELE) 전선과 이것을 사용한 밀폐형 압축기 모우터

제6도는 에나멜 전선들을 사용한 전기모터의 연장된 수명을 시험하기 위한 장비의 개략도.

Claims (10)

  1. 전기절연층이 코팅되고 그 절연층위에 접착층이 고팅된 자기접착성 에나멜 전선으로서, 전기한 접착층이 25℃의 테트라하이드로푸란 용매내에서 측정된 바와같이 5ppm보다 적은양의 염화나트륨을 함유하고 접도 한계가 0.440 이상으로 형성된 페녹시수지 및 혹은 에폭시 수지 100중량부(a)와, n-부틸레이티드 멜라민 수지 20-100중량부(b)로 구성된 혼합물로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기접착성 에나멜 전선과 이것읕 사용한 밀폐형 압축기 모우터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 혼합물이 에폭시 수지 및 혹은 페녹시 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1,8-디아자비시클로[5,4,0] 운데칸-7의 페놀레이트가 0.1-10중량부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기접착성 에나멜 전선과 이것을 사용한 밀폐형 압축기 모우터.
  3. 제1항 혹은 2항에 있어서, 전기한 절연층이 폴리아미드-이미디로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기접착성 에나멜 전선과 이것을 사용한 밀폐형 압축기 모우터.
  4. 제1항 혹은 2항 혹은 3항에 있어서, 전기한 절연층이 다른 종류의 전기절연용 니스토 만들어진 2개의 종속층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기접착성 에나멜 전선과 이것을 사용한 밀페형 압축기 모우터.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항에 따른 자기 접착성 에나멜 전선으로 형성된 고정자 코일로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 접착성 전선과 이것을 사용한 밀폐형 압축기 모우터.
  6. 전기 절연층이 코팅되고 그 절연층위에 접착층이 코팅된 자기접착성 에나멜 전선으로서, 전기한 접착층이 25℃의 테트라하이드로푸란 용매내에서 측정된 바와 같이 5ppm보다 적은양의 염화나트륨을 유함하고 접도한계가 0.440이상으로 형성된 페녹시 수지 및 에폭시수지 100중량부(a)와, 안정된 폴리이소싸이어네이트 및 7-부틸 레이티드 멜타 및 수지중 하나와 벤조구아나민 수지의 혼합물 20-50중량부로 구성된 혼합물로 제조도는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기접착성 에나멜 전선과 이것을 사용한 밀폐형 압축기 모우터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 전기한 혼합물이 에폭시 수지 및 혹은 페녹시수지 100중량부에 대해 1,8-디아자비시클로[5,40]운데칸-7의 페놀레이트 0.1-10중량부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기접착성 에나멜 전선과 이것을 사용한 밀폐형 압축기 모우터.
  8. 제6항 혹은 7항에 있어서, 전기한 절연층이 폴리아미드-이미드로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기접착성 에나멜 전선과 이것을 사용한 밀폐형 압축기 모우터.
  9. 제6항 혹은 7항 혹은 8항에 있어서, 전기한 절연층이 다른 종류의 전기절연용 니스로 제조된 2개의 종속층으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기접착성 에나멜 전선과 이것을 사용한 밀폐형 압축기 모우터.
  10. 제6항 내지 9항에 있어서, 자기접착성 에나멜 전선으로 형성된 고정자 코일로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기접착성 에나멜 전선과 이것을 사용한 밀폐형 압축기 모우터.
