제1도는 본 발명에 의한 절연 구조물의 실시에 대한 실험을 행하기 위하여 사용된 모델 코일의 평면도,
제2도는 제1도의 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ에 따라 절취한 단면도,
제3도는 코일의 온도에 대한 tanδ0의 변화 특성을 도시한 그래프.

Claims (4)

  1. 하기식으로 표시되는 화학구조를 갖는 폴리이미드 필름으로 전기 도체를 감아서 형성한 폴리이미드 필름층에 주성분으로서 폴리이미드 수지 및 에폭기 수지와 산 무수물계 경화제로 구성된 함침용 수지 컴파운드를 함침시켜 경화시킨 절연층으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전기도체용 절연 구조물.
  2. 하기식으로 표시되는 화학구조물 갖는 폴리이미드 필름으로 소선을 감아서 형성한 폴리이미드 필름층에, 주성분으로서 폴리이미드 수지 및 에폭시 수지와 산무수물계 경화제로 구성된 함침용 수지 컴파운드를 함침시켜 경화시킨 절연층으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 회전 전기자 코일용 절연 구조물.
  3. 하기식으로 표시되는 화학구조를 갖는 폴리이미드 필름으로 소선을 감아서 형성한 폴리이미드 필름 층으로 구성된 절연층을 형성하는 공정과주성분으로 폴리이미드 수지 및 에폭시 수지와 산무수물계 경화제로 구성된 수지 컴파운드를 폴리이미드 층에서 함침시키고 함침된 수지 컴파운드를 경화시키는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전기 전도체용 절연체의 제조방법.
  4. 하기 식으로 표시되는 화학구조를 갖는 폴리이미드 필름으로 소선을 감아서 형성한 폴리이미드 필름 층으로 구성된 절연층을 형성하는 공정과주성분으로 폴리이미드 수지 및 에폭시 수지와 산무수물계 경화제로 구성된 수지 컴파운드를 폴리이미드 층에 함침시키고 함침된 수지 컴파운드를 경화시키는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 회전전기자 코일용 절연체의 제조방법.
