CONSTITUTION:Silicone varnish or epoxy ester containing 2-phenyl-1-cyanoethylimidazole, 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole, 1-(2'-undecylimidazoleethyl-1')-3, etc. as catalyst is coated on a surface of film 2 made of polymide, polyamide, polyester, etc. Here, a thickness of catalyst layer 3 adhering on the surface of the film 2 is made to be 5 to 10mum and its weight per 1m<2> is 0.05-0.5g. Then, the obtained insulating tape 1 is wound around a conductor 4, vacuum-impregnated with a resin having as its essential component a multifunctional epoxy compound and a multifunctional isocyanate compound, and cured, to give a winding.
