Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve heat-resisting property, and to increase mechanical strength at a high temperature by a method wherein a composite insulating base material using a silicon binding agent is wound on an electric conductor, epoxy- isocyanate group impregnating varnish containing silicon resin is injected and cured, and an insulating layer of the electric winding is formed. CONSTITUTION:The electric winding for a rotary electrical machinery and apparatus, etc. is composed of the conductor and the insulating layer shaped to the conductor, and formed by winding the insulating layer on the composite insulating base material, insulating base materials thereof are mutually pasted together with the silicon resin binding agent. The impregnating varnish containing three components of silicon resin-a polyfunctional epoxy compound-a polyfunctional isocyanate compound is impregnated into the insulating base material, and the varnish is cured and used as the insulating layer. The amount of the silicon resin binding agent is made 5-35wt% when the total weight of the composite insulating base material is employed as reference, and the amount of the silicon resin compounded is made 1-50pts.wt. to the 100pts.wt. impregnating varnish, which consists of 2.5-25 equivalent of the isocyanate compound to one equivalent of the epoxy compound, and heat-resisting property is improved.
