Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a winding with excellent stability at high temperatures, by winding a heat-resisting film between porous insulating basic material layers when the winding-conductor is wound with the porous insulating basic material which contains a hardening catalyst for an impregnate-resin, and then impregnating the whole with the resin.
CONSTITUTION: On a winding-conductor 1, there are successively superposed a porous insulating basic material 2A containing a hardening catalyst for an impregnate-resin, a heat-resisting film 3, and the porous insulating basic material 2B to form a wound-insulating-layer 4, then the whole is impregnated with the thermosetting resin 5 consisting of a polyfunctional epoxy-compound and a polyfunctional isocyanate-compound. Thus, the heat-resisting film 3 with a high dielectric breakdown strength can strongly be adhered within the insulating layer so that a winding having high heat-resisting property of the thermosetting resin together with excellent thermal stability at high temperatures can be obtained.
