Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve heat conductivity to a core from coils in a slot, by impregnation hardening solvent type synthetic resin in high concentration, by vacuum pressurization impregnating non-solvent type synthetic resin in low viscosity and by heating hardening the non-solvent type synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: A resin film is formed by soak impregnating solvent type thermal hardening resin in high concentration to a slot, to which winding 2 irregularly wound is entered, and by heating hardening the resin. Non-solvent type synthetic resin in low viscosity is further vacuum pressurization impregnated and heating hardened. Thus, synthetic resin in low viscosity does not flow out because the resin film is beforehand formed, and heat conductivity to a core from the winding 2 can be improved because resin remains as 100% solid matter by reason of a non-solvent type and space does not remain in portions among a slot wall and the winding 2 and portions among the winding 2.
