Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the outflow of epoxy resin when the resin is hardened after it is impregnated by a method wherein materials, impregnating property thereof is excellent, are pasted among corona preventive shielding layers and coil insulating layers and gaps are completely buried. CONSTITUTION:Corona preventive shielding layers 4 to which materials, resin impregnating property thereof is excellent, such as nonwoven fabric, etc. are integrally pasted are wound on the outer circumferences of the insulating layers 2 of winding conductors. The winding is inserted into a slot 6 of a core, and impregnation- treated with epoxy resin under a vacuum condition. Thus, since gaps among the insulating layers 2 and the corona preventive shielding layers 4 are completely buried, the outflow of the resin can be prevented when hardening the epoxy resin.
