Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the flow out of impregnated resin and to prevent the deterioration of the insulating property by inserting an inter-phase insulating material between the different phases at the ends of the windings, covering the internal and external parts of the ends of the windings of said ends of the insulating material, and impregnating and curing resin having no solvent. CONSTITUTION:Interphase insulating materials Z, Z1, and Z2 are inserted between the different phases of the coils such as the coils A, B, and C, at the end portion of the windings. The ends of the interphase insulators are drawn out. The internal and external parts of the windings are covered by said ens of the insulators, and fixed by bindings 20. Thereafter, resin having no solvent is impregnated, heated, and cured. In this method, even though the viscosity is decreased when the impregnated resin is cured, it is not flowed out of the ends of the windings, and the deterioration of the insulating characteristics can be prevented.
