Claims (6)

  1. 무기절연물인 운모분과 유기질절연물인 물분상성와니스수지를 수중에 분산시켜서 얻어지는 전착도료 중에 전기도체를 침지하고, 전기 영동법에 의해 이 전기도체상에 전착성출절연층을 형성시켜, 이것을 가열 건조후 경화촉진제를 함유하는 수용성수지용액에 침지해서 가열건조시키며, 이어서 함침수지를 함침시켜서 가열 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기절연도체의 제조방법.
  2. 상기 전착도료에 있어서 운무분 100중량부와 물분상성와니스수지 5∼30중량부로 이루어진 혼합물을 사용하는 특허청구의 범위 1 기재의 전기절연도체의 제조방법.
  3. 상기 수용성수지와 아크릴계 수지인 특허청구의 범위 1 기재의 전기절연도체의 제조방법.
  4. 상기 수용성수지의 농도가 1∼10중량%인 특허청구의 범위 1 또는 3 기재의 전기절연도체의 제조방법.
  5. 상기 경화제가 수용성인 유기아민류 또는 이미다졸류인 특허청구의 범위 1 기재의 전기절연도체의 제조방법.
  6. 상기 수용성수지중의 경화촉진제의 농도가 2∼20중량%인 특허청구의 범위 1 또는 5 기재의 전기절연도체의 제조방법.
