Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A layer of a mica-containing resin with a mica content of 70 to 95 % is formed on the surface of an electric conductor by electrophoresis painting and is then secured to the conductor by a heat treatment. Then, a water disperision type varnish (preferably with a concentration of 5 to 25% by weight), a water-soluble varnish (preferably with a concentration of 0.05 to 10 weight %) or a solvent dilution type varnish (preferably with a concentration of 0.05 to 10 weight %) is coated and thermally treated, and then an impregnation treament with an insulating varnish is made.
