Claims (9)
- 제1 및 제2 표면을 갖춘 기재의 제1표면에 도전성 반사방지 피막율 적충시켜 구성한 광학부재에 있어서 그 도전성 반사방지 피막은 상기한 제1표면상에 적충시키는 굴절율이 낮은 재료로 만든 최소한 하나의층과 이 굴절율이 낮은 층상에 적층시켜 직접전기 접촉시킬 수 있게끔 하는 굴절율이 높은 재료로 얇게 형성시킨 투명한 도전층으로 구성함과 아울러 그 얇고 투명한 도전층의 광학적 두께는 10.-30.0×10-9미터의 범위로 하고 상기한 굴절율이 낮은 재료층의 두께는 그 얇고 투명한 도전층의 두께만큼 감소시킴으로써 그 얇은 도전층이 그것을 사용하지 않았을 때의 피막의 경우보다 광학적 성능을 심하게 저하시키는 원인이 되지 않게끔 하였음을 특징으로 하는 광학부재.
- 제1항의 것으로서, 그 도전층의 두께는 .0-10.0×10-9미터로 한 광학부재.
- 제1항의 것으로서, 그 도전층의 두께는 4.0-6.0×10-9미터로 한 광학부재.
- 제1항의 것으로서, 그 도전층의 두께는 20.0-25.0×10-9미터로 한 광학부재.
- 제1항의 것으로서, 상기한 기재의 제1표면과 낮은 굴절율 재료층간에 높은 굴절율의 재료로 만든 층을 하나 더 개재시킨 광학부재.
- 제5항의 것으로서, 그 부수적인 층은 투명한 도전성재료로 만든 광학부재.
- 제1항의 것으로서, 그 얇고 투명한 도전층을 형성하는 재료는 인듐 산화주석, 카드뮴 스태네이트, 또는 주석산화 안티몬으로 한 광학부재.
- 제7항의 것으로서, 상기한 낮은 굴절율의 재료로 형성하는 층은 불화마그네슘으로 하고 그 얇고 투명한 도전층은 인듐산화주석으로 한 광학부재.
- 제1항의 것으로서, 상기한 피막은 굴절율이 낮은 재료로 만든 층 최소한 두개와 굴절율이 높은 재료로 만든 층 최소한 두개로 구성한 광학부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
