Claims (14)
- 연소실과 전이영역내에서 연소실까지 하류되게 그에 연결된 대류통로로 이루어진 용광로용 원드럼보일러 시스템에 있어서, 전이영역에 배치한 슈퍼히터가 유입구 및 배출구를 가지게 하고, 전이영역에 배치한 절약기가 유입구 및 배출구를 가지게 하며, 단일의 스팀드럼에는 상기의 절약기 배출구에 연결되는 적어도 하나 이상의 유입구 및 상기의 슈퍼히터의 유입구에 연결된 적어도 하나이상의 배출구를 형성시키면서, 이 드럽의 연소가스 유동에 대하여 노출되지 않는 부위에 위치되게한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 1항에 있어서, 대류통로가 수직방향으로 길게 형성되게 하고, 상기 절약기가 상기 절약기 유입구 및 배출구 사이에 연장된 여러개의 수직튜브를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 절약기를 수직 방향으로 세장되게한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 2항에 있어서, 절약기 유입구가 상기 여러개의 튜브저부에 있게하고, 상기 절약기 배출구가 상기 여러개의 튜브의 상부에 있게하여 각각의 상기 절약기 유입구 및 배출구에 있는 적어도 하나이상의 헤더를 상기 여러개의 튜브에 연결되게 한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 3항에 있어서, 상기 절약기가 여러개의 모듈을 포함하게 하고, 각 모듈이 그 저부에서는 공통유입구 헤더에 용접되고 그 상부에서는 공통 배출구헤더에 용접되게한 여러개의 튜브를 갖게한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 4항에 있어서, 보일러를 상기 절약기와 슈퍼히터 사이에 있는 대류 통로내에 배치시키고, 적어도 하나이상의 모듈장치로 구성시키되 저부에서는 공통유입구헤더와 상부에서는 공통배출구 헤더에 용접된 여러개의 튜브를 이루어지게한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 5항에 있어서, 절약기와 보일러모듈이 유체의 상향유동을 하게 배열되게한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 1항에 있어서, 슈퍼히터를 여러개의 수직 연장튜브로 구성시키면서 슈퍼히터 튜브에 충격을 가하는 래퍼장치를 포함하게한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 7항에 있어서, 슈퍼히터 튜브를 여러개의 일렬로 정렬된 열에 배열시키고, 상기 래퍼장치가 상기 각 튜브의 각각의 열과 결합되게 하는 상기 각 튜브의 각각의 열에 연결되게한 러그, 각 열의 일측단부에 충격부재와 각각의 충격부재를 때리도록 가동가능한 램들로 구성시킨 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 8항에 있어서, 각 열이 전이영역에서 유동방향으로 배열되게 하고, 각 충격부재가 상기 유동방향으로 있는 각 열의 하류단부상에 위치되게 하며, 각 램이 상기 각 충결부재를 때리는 전이영역의 하류단부상에 위치되게한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 1항에 있어서, 용광로에는 스토우커와 스토우크 바로위의 영역에서의 연소특성을 좋게 하도록 연소실내로 연장시킨 아아취부재를 설치한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 1항에 있어서, 연소실이 전이영역 바로아래에 있는 연소실내로 연장시킨 아아취부재로 이루어지게 하면서, 슈퍼히터를 상기 아아취부재위에 배치되게한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 11항에 있어서, 상기 아아취부재가 수평에 대하여 약 30°각도로 배치된 전이영역의 유동방향내에 있는 제1의 하류부와 수평에 대하여 약 50°각도로 배치된 전이영역의 유동방향내에 있는 제2의 상류부로 이루어지게한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 보일러를 연소실의 상부와 전이영역위로 연장시킨 여러개의 루우프 튜브로 구성시키고, 상기 튜브를 상기 대류통로와 일정한 간격을 두고 떨어진 후방 헤더로부터 상기 대류통로에 인접한 배면헤더까지 연장시키면서, 상기 보일러 시스템이 하부헤더 및 상부헤더로 구성시키고 상기 전방 및 후방헤더를 여러개의 부분으로 구획되게 하면서, 상기 스팀드럼의 어느한 배출구가 적어도 하나이상의 전방 헤더부에 스팀을 공급하게 하며, 적어도 하나이상의 상기 후방헤더부가 상기 하부측면벽헤더에 연결되게 함과 동시에, 상기 상부 측면벽헤더가 적어도 하나이상의 다른 후방헤더부에 연결되게 하고, 적어도 하나이상의 다른 헤더부를 슈퍼히터 유입구에 연결되게한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.
- 13항에 있어서, 상기 루우프 튜브를 세개의 집단으로 구획하면서, 중심집단이 모든 튜브의 1/2을 점유하고 있으며 두개의 외측집단 각각은 모든 튜브의 1/4씩 점유하게한 원드럼 보일러 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
