제1도는 화학방사선의 조사에 앞서 본 발명을 구체화시켜주는 건조전사체의 단면도.
제2도는 화학방사선을 조사시킨후의 건조전사체단면도.
제3는 운반필름이 부분적으로 제거되는 것을 보여주는 현상 공정에 있어서 기질에 적용된 건조전사체의 단면도.
Claims (16)
- 제1, 제2표면부분(16,18)으로 이루어진 주표면 및 최소한 1개 이상의 방사선에 불투명한 층을 구성하고 있는 그래픽 패턴 및 상기 운반필름 주표면의 제1부분에 결합된 운반필름이 양립할 수 있는 잉크(20)로 형성되는 연속적이며 화학방사선에 투명한 운반필름과, 상기 잉크에 결합된 제1단편(24) 및 상기 운반 필름주표면의 제2표면부분에 결합된 제2단편(28)으로 이루어졌으며 상기 제2표면부분을 통해 화학 방사선이 상기 제2조각에 조사될때 상기 기질에 결합력을 부여해주는 연속속적이며 화학방사선에 대해 반응을 일으키는 접착제층으로 이루어진 상기 운반필름에 박리력을 적용하면 상기 잉크의 가장자리를 따라 조사된 상기 정착제의 제2단편과 함께 상기 운반필름은 상기 기질로 부터 선별분리되고 상기 잉크와 상기 접착제의 비조사된 제1단편이 상기 기질에 남게되므로써 그 위에 디자인이 형성되도록 적용되는 건조 전사체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 운반필름의 주표면은 폴리에스테르, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드를 함유하고 있는 그룹에서 선택한 물질로 구성된 체(artrcle).
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄폴리머기(base)를 함유하고 있는 상기잉크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐화합물을 함유하는 옥시린-링과 단량체를 함유하는 최소한 1개의 부가비닐로 구성된 반응시스템에 있어 유효량이 이온성 광기폭제와 반응생성물을 함유하고 있는 상기접착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소옥틸 아크릴레이트, 최소한 1개의 옥시란링(글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 글리시딜 알릴에테르로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 비닐화합물을 함유하는) 글리시딜 아크릴레이트, 최소한 1개의 부가비닐(N-비닐피로리딘, 메틸아크릴레이트와 아크릴아미드로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 단량체를 함유하는)로 구성된 반응시스템의 반응 생성물을 함유하고 있는 상기접착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리우레탄폴리머기로 구성된 상기잉크, 유효량의 이온성 광기폭제를 함유하는 상기 접착제, 비닐화합물을 함유하는 5-25중량%의 최소한 1개의 옥시탄링과 모노머를 함유하는 최소 75중량%의 최소한 1개의 부부가비닐로 구성되는 상기 운반필름의 주표면.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점착성이 정상적이며 압력에 민감한 상기 접착제와 코로나 방전처리된 상기 운반필름의 주표면 제2부분.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자외선 경화조성물인 상기잉크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌과 폴리스프로필렌으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 물질인 상기 운반필름의 주표면.
- 제4항에 있어서, 약 7-18중량% 정도로 상기 반응시스템에서 형성된 비닐화합물을 함유하는 상기옥시린-링과 글리시딜 아크릴레이트, 글리시딜메타크릴레이트와 글리시딜 알릴에테르로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 비닐화합물을 함유하고 있는 상기 옥시린-링.
- 제6항에 있어서, 체의 표면자유에너지를 증가시키기 위해 처리된 상기 폴리프로필렌주표면의 제2표면부.
- 제1, 제2표면부분으로 이루어진 주표면을 구성하고 있는 연속적이며 화학방사선에 투명한 필름을 형성하는 제1단계와, 화학방사선에 불투명하며 운반필름과 양립할 수 있는 잉크를 상기 주표면의 제1표면부에 적용하는 제2단계와, 상기 잉크와 상기 주표면의 제2표면부분 및 상기 잉크에 결합된 제1단편과 상기 운반필름 주표면의 제2표면부분에 결합된 제2단편에 걸쳐있는 연속적이며 화학방사선에 대해 반응을 일으키는 접착제층을 적용하는 제3단계와, 상기체에 상기 화학방사선을 조사키므로써 상기 잉크마스크를 상기 접착제에 제1단편에 대한 상기 화학방사선의 통로로하는 제4단계를 통해서 주어진 기질에 상기체를 적용하고 상기 운반필름에 박리력을 적용할때 상기 잉크의 가장자리를 따라 조사된 상기 접착제의 제2단편과 함께 상기운반필름이 상기 기질로부터 선별분리되고 상기 잉크와 상기 접착제의 비조사된 제1단편이 상기기질에 남도록 해주는 건조전사체의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서 상기필름의 주표면이 폴리에스테르, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 물질을 함유하는 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 운반필름의 주표면이 폴리에틸렌이나 폴리프로필렌을 함유하는 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1표면부의 표면에너지에 관계되는 상기 제2표면부의 표면에너지를 증가시키기 위한 처리로서 상기 잉크의 제표면부를누르고 있는 상기 운반필름의 주표면을 형성하고 구성하는 단계(2)와(3), 그외의 단계간의 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 점착성이 정상적이고 압력에 민감한 상기 접착제에 대한 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
