Claims (9)
- 진공용기 구성용부재로써는 금속재부재(11)(13) 및 소소절연 세라믹수제 절연부재(12a)(12b)를 포함하고 이들의 부재를 포함한 진공용기내에 이별자재의 고정 및 가동접점(24)(29)이 배치되여 상기가동접점(29)에 고착된 가동리-드봉(16)이 상기 진공용기의 외방에 돌출된 상태로 설치되여 가동리-드봉(16)과 진공용기와는 벨로우(17)에 의해 진공기밀이 결합되여 상기 진공용기 구성용 절연부재의 대기측 표면 및 진공용기 구성용 절여부재(12a)(12b)와 상기 진공용기구성용 금속제부재(11)(13)와의 진공기밀결합부 및 그 근반(A)의 대기측 표면에 이들의 대기측 표면을 덮어씌운 것과 같이 이들의 대기측 표면에 접착되는 불투과성의 절연피막(32)을 형성한 진공차단기.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재의 진공차단기(10)로써 상기 진공용기구성용 절연부재(12a)(12b)가 원통형상의 것.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재의 진공차단기(10)로써 상기 진공용기구성용 절연부재(12a)(12b)가 원판형상의 것.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재의 진공차단기(10)로써 상기 절연피막이 와니스를 포함한 절연도료에 의해 형성된 것.

- 금속통(11)의 양단근방에 설치된 소소(素燒) 절연 세라믹스제의 양절연단판(12a)(12b)과를 포함한 진공용기내에 이별자재의 고정 및 가동접점이 각각 가진 일대의 고정 및 가동 리-드봉(14)(16)이 각각 양절연판(12a)(12b)을 삽통하여 설치되여 가동리-드봉(16)과 일방의 절연판이 벨로우(17)에 의해 진공기밀이 결합되여 금속통(11)과 양절연단판(12a)(12b)과의 사이 및 타방의 절연단판과 고정리-드봉(14)과의 사이를 제1 및 제2밀봉보조부개(13)(15)를 개입시켜 각각 진공기밀이 결합하여 양절연보조부재와의 진공기빌초땜부 및 그 근방의 대기측표면 및 일방의 절연단판과 벨로우(17)와의 진공기밀초땜부 및 그 근방의 대기측 표면에 이들의 대기측 표면을 덮어 씌운 것과 같이 이들의 대기측 표면에 접착하는 불투과성의 절연피막(32)을 형성한 진공차단기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
