Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 少なくとも1つの開口部を具備する金属容器の該開口部
    を絶縁端板で閉鎖して成る真空容器を備え、該真空容器
    内に相互に絶縁支持されると共に少なくとも一方が可動
    でき且つ接離自在な一対の電極を具備して成る真空イン
    タラプタにおいて、前記絶縁端板を表面にガラス質を具
    備しない素焼のセラミックで形成し、且つ少なくとも大
    気側に位する絶縁端板及び該絶縁端板上に位するろう付
    は接合部を絶縁樹脂を塗布して覆ったことを特徴とする
    真空インタラプタ。
