Claims (1)

  1. 버어거스등의 키실로오스성분이 풍부한 고체배지에서 표고버섯등 담자균류에 속하는 식용버석균자체를 배양하는 공정과, 상기 공정에서 얻은 자실체 발생전의 균사체와 배지를 혼합하여 분쇠하는 공정과 상기 공정으로 얻은균사체 배양물(균사체와 배지와의 혼합물)을 탱크속에 충전하고, 가수하는 공정과, 상기탱크속의 균사체배양물을 가온시키셔 엔티메이션을 촉진하고, 균사체배양물중의 유효성분을 물에 용탈(溶脫)시키는 공정과, 상기 탱크속의 현탁액을 가압, 여과하여 추출액을 얻는 공정으로 구성되는 항암물질의 제조방법.
