Description
- Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Rohprodukten, die Biogene, fungostatische und andere Substanzen enthalten In "weiterer Ausbildung des Verfahrens nach dem Patent 87657i «-erden erfindungsgemäß außer dem Sporobacterium fungostaticum das Bakterium Bazillus antimycoid@es und andere mit ähnlichen Eigenschatten und Fähigkeiten ausgestattete Mikroorganismen -.züchtet.
- Aus den Kulturlösungen solcher Bakterien werden dann nach an sich bekannten ExtraktionsverfahrenStoffwechselproduktemit vornehmlich fungostatischen Eigenschaften isoliert.
- Das Sporohacterium fungostaticum erwies sich außerdem als stark proteinolytisch. Es kann daher zur Gewinnunhochwirksamer proteinolytischer (vor allem kaseinolytischer) Enzympräparate herangezogen werden.
Claims (2)
- PATENTANSPRÜCHE: i. Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Rohprodukten, die Biogene, fungostatische und andere Sub stanzen enthalten, nach Patent 876 571, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außer dem Sporobacterium fungostaticum das Bakterium Bazillus antimycoides und andere mit ähnlichen Eigenschaften und Fähigkeiten ausgestattete Mikroorganismen nach an sich bekannten Verfahren gezüchtet und aus der Kulturlösung nach an sich bekannten Extraktionsverfahren die Stoff-@wechselprodukte m-it vornehmlich fungostatischen Eigenschaften isoliert werden.
- 2. Verfahren nach. Anspruch r, dadurch geli:ennz@eichnet, .daß das Sporobacterium fungostaticum zurGewinnunghochwirksamer proteinolytischer (vor allem kaseinolytischer) Enzympräparate verwendet wird.
