Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de polisacaruros, caracterizado porque un hongo, perteneciente al género Coriolus de la clase Basidiomycetes, se somete a cultivo sumergido en un medio líquido acuoso y el cultivo obtenido se seca a una temperatura de 60º a 150ºC y se extrae con un disolvente acuoso y entonces la solución de extracto, así obtenida, se refina separando de ella las sustancias con peso molecular de menos de 5.000.
