Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de polisacaruros conteniendo nitrógeno, teniendo una actividad anti-tumor, por extracción de un hongo de la clase Basidiomycetea con un disolvente acuoso, caracterizado por la mejora, en que un hongo perteneciente al género de Coriolus de las Polyporaceae se extrae inicialmente con agua o una solución alcalina acuoso diluída y después se extrae interiormente por etapas con soluciones alcalinas acuosas con concentración gradualmente incrementadas.
