Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar polisacaruros conteniendo nitrógeno, teniendo actividad anti-tumor, extrayendo un hongo de la clave Basidiomycetes con un disolvente acuoso, caracterizado por la mejora en que un hongo, perteneciente al género Coriolus de Polyporaceae, se extrae con una solución alcalina acuosa, teniendo una concentración dentro del alcance desde 0,01N hasta 2N y después el extracto obtenido es refinado por medio de ultra-filtración y/o por ósmosis inversa para eliminar las sustancias de bajo peso molecular, con peso molecular de menos de 5.000, en dicho extracto.
