Abstract

본 발명은 톱밥을 주성으로 한 고체 배지내에서 장이버섯과(Polyporaceae)에 속하는 담자균류의 일종인 영지버섯(Ganoderma lucidum, 불로초)을 배재 수확한 후 폐기처리되는 완숙된 균사배양물(이하 “완숙 균사체 ”라함)을 재료로 활용하여 영지 균사체의 유효성분을 값싸게 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 추출방법에 관한 것으로 톱밥을 주원료로한 배지로 부터 영지버섯(Ganoderma lucidum)를 재배하여 자실체를 수확한 후 얻어지는 영지버섯 완숙 균사체를 용매속에서 가온하거나 다당체를 함유하는 유효성분을 추출하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 톱밥을 주원료로 한 배지로 부터 영지버섯(Ganoderma lucidum)을 재배하여 자실체를 수확한 후 얻어지는 영지버섯 완숙 균사체를 용매속에서 가온하거나 다당체를 함유하는 유효성분을 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영지버섯 완숙 균사체로 부터 다당체를 함유하는 유효성분의 추출방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물이나 산, 알칼리 또는 에탄올을 주성분으로 하는 유기용매 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 영지버섯 완숙 균사체로 부터 다당체를 함유하는 유효성분의 추출방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영지버섯 균사체의 추출물을 에탄올을 주성분으로 한 용기용매에 침전시켜 원심분리한 후 투석막을 이용하여 투석시켜 건조시키게 됨을 특징으로 하는 영지버섯 완숙 균사체로부터 다당체를 함유하는 유효성분의 추출방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다당체를 함유한 유효성분을 보조식품과 기능식품에 이용가능한 것임을 특징으로 하는 영지버섯 완숙 균사체로 부터 다당체를 함유하는 유효성분의 추출방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다당체를 함유한 유효성분은 고분자 항암면역 활성물질임을 특징으로 하는 영지버섯 완숙 균사체로 부터 다당체를 함유하는 유효성분의 추출방법.
