Abstract

Prrocedeu de obtinere a unor polizaharide continînd azot din fungi apartinînd genului Coriolus din clasa Bazidiomicete caracterizat prin aceea ca fungii sunt suputi cultivarii în conditii de imersie, într-un mediu lichiod apos iar cultura obtinuta este uscata la o temperatura de 60 pîna pîna la 150 degree C si este extrasa cu un solvent apos si sau solutie alcalina diluata în trepte multiple dupa care solutia extractiva astfel obtinuta este purificata în scopul îndepartîrii substantelor cu greutate moleculara mai mica de 5000 prin ultrafiltrare si sau osmoza inversa.
