Claims (5)

  1. 하기 구조식의 글루코피라노스 단위체가 반복된 고분자 β-1,3-글루칸.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 β-1,3-글루칸이, 항종양성(β-1,3-글루칸을 생성할 수 있고 디스코미세테스 강의 슈도플렉타니아 속에 속하는 균주의 자실체 및/또는 균사체의 추출물로부터 또는 상기 균주가배양된 배지로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 β-1,3-글루칸.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 균주가 슈도플렉타니아 니그렐라(pers) 퍽켈 K-1426(FERM-p 5803, ATCC 20609)인 것을 특징으로 하는 β-1,3-글루칸.
  4. β-1,3-글루칸을 생성할 수 있고 디스코미세테스 강의 슈도플렉타니아 속에 속하는 균주의 균사체 또는 자실체의 추출액 또는 배지로부터 여과된 육즙을 형성한 다음, 정제된 형태로 여과된 육즙 또는 추출액으로부터 β-1,3-글루칸을 회수하여 하기 구조식으로 갖는 글루코 피라노스 단위체가 반복된 고분자 β-1,3-글루칸을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 균주가 슈도플렉타니아 니그렐라(Pers) 퍽켈 K-1426(FERM-P-5803, ATCC 20609)인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
