Claims (6)

  1. 스트레프트마이세스 속에 속하는 브레오마이신을 생성될 수 있는 균주를 영양있는 배지에 접종하고, 3-[(S)-1'-페닐 에틸아미노]프로필아미노 브레오마이신을 선택적으로 제조하게끔 N-[(S)-1'-페닐에틸'-01,3-다 아미노프로판이나 또는 그것의 염의 존재하에 전기의 균주를 배양하고, 배양된 혼합물로부터 3-[(S)-1'-페닐에틸아미노]프로필아미노 브레오마이신을 유리함을 특징으로 하는 3-[(S)-1'-페닐에틸아미노]프로필아미노 브레오마이신 제조방법.
  2. 전기의 브레오마이신을 생성할 수 있는 균주가 스트레프트마이세스 버티실러스 FERM-P 제4108(ATCC 31307)인 청구범위 1에 의거한 방법.
  3. 배양을 23°내지 37℃에서 행하는 청구범위 1에 의한 방법.
  4. 배양을 10일동안 행하는 청구범위 1에 의한 방법.
  5. 배지에 가한 전기의 N-[(S)-1'-페닐 에틸]-1,3-디아미노프로판 또는 그것의 염이 0.2에서 2mg/cl농도의 배지를 가진 청구범위 1에 의한 방법.
  6. 전기의 N-[(S)-1'-페닐에틸]-1,3-디아미노프로판의 염이 염산염, 황산염 또는 초산염인 청구범위 1에 의한 방법.
