Claims (1)

  1. (1) 다음 구조식의 글루코피라노즈를 반복 단위체로 하는 신규 고분자 다당류인 β-1,3-글루캔.
    (2) 오리오바시디움 플루란스(Aureobasidium pullulans) KFC 10245를 배양하여 생성된 세포의 다당류를 회수 정제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 구조식의 β-1,3-글루캔의 제조방법.
    (3) 제2항에 있어서 오리오바시디움 플루란스 배양시 배양온도를 15-30℃로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
