제2도는 특히 경제적인 본 발명의 방법을 나타낸 개략도.

Claims (5)

  1. (a) 약 80 내지 150℃의 온도 및 약 5 내지 25바의 압력하에 약 40 내지 90무게%의 3급 부탄올을 함유한 수용액을 반응탑에 연속적으로 공하여 강산성 이온교환수지로 이루어진 고정촉매상에서 균질 액상으로 탈수 반응시키고; (b) 반응실로부터 분리된 증류부에서 균질의 액체 반응 혼합물을 분별증류하여 물 및 반응하지 않은 3급 부탄올로부터 이소부텐을 분리시키고; (c) 3급 부탄올을 반응탑내에서 순환유체 속도에서 증류하여 농축시키고(새로 공급된 3급 부탄올과 3급-부탄올/물 순환 혼합물과의 혼합물은 반응탑 유입구에서 약 40 내지 90무게%의 3급 부탄올을 함유하며, 그리고 반응탑에서 생성된 물은 생성된 이소부텐과 동등량이며 배출시킨다); 그리고 (d) 반응하지 않은 3급 부탄올을 함유한 물 및 3급 부탄올의 혼합물을 단계(a)로 되돌려 공급함을 특징으로 하여 산촉매의 촉매하에 3급 부탄올을 탈수반응시켜 고-순도의 이소부텐을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서 배출된 물을 단계(a)로 되돌려 공급하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 3급 부탄올을 약 100 내지 130℃의 온도에서 탈수반응시키는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 반응탑 유입구에서 3급 부탄올 및 물의 전 혼합물이 55 내지 85무게%의 3급 부탄올을 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 단계(b)의 이소부텐을 증류탑의 상부를 통하여 3급 부탄올/물 혼합물로부터 분리시키고, 단계(c)의 3급 부탄올을 상기 증류탑의 분리부내에 있는 배출된 물로부터 공비증류시키고(이소부텐 및 3급 부탄올에서 제거된 물은 상기 증류탑의 배수조에 도달되어 여기서 배출시킨다), 그리고 3급 부탄올이 풍부한 3급 부탄올 물/혼합물을 상기 증류탑의 분리부 상부에 위치한 중간층에서 측면 유체로서 유출시켜 직접 순환유체로서 반응탑으로 되돌려 보내는 방법.
