Claims (15)
- (a) 2개 이상의 중합 가능한 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 함유하는 열경화성 유기물질.(b) (a)와 상이하며 300 이하의 분자량을 지닌 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 또는 이의 관능기 도입 유도체 및(c) (a) 및 (b)에 용해되며, 이와 공중합 될 수 있고, (a) 및 (b)와 상이한 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 개선된 기계적 성질을 지닌 섬유보강 경화성 수지 제품의 급속 가공에 사용되는 경화성 성형 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 관능기 도입유도체가 다음 일반식을 갖는 경화성 조성물.여기서,R25는 독립적으로 수소 혹은 메틸이고 ; X와 Y는 독립적으로 -O- 혹은이며, 여기서 R28은 수소 혹은 저급 합킬이고 ; R26은 2 내지 약 10개의 탄소원자와, 일의로 -O- 혹은을 포함하는 지방족 혹은 방향족 라디칼이며 ; R27은 수소 혹은 1 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 혹은 방향족 라디칼이고, j와 k는 1 혹은 1보다 큰, 바람직하게는 1에서 3인 정수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (b)가 2-히드록시에틸-아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필아크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, 히드록시부틸아크릴레이트, 히드록시부틸메타크릴레이트, 2-아미노에틸아크릴레이트, 2-아미노에틸메타크릴레이트, 2-메틸아미노에틸아크릴레이트, 2-메틸아미노에틸메타크릴레이트, 2-디메틸아미노에틸아크릴레이트, 2-디메틸아미노에틸메타크릴레이트, 2-히드록시에틸아크릴아마이드, 2- 히드록시에틸메타크릴아마이드, 2-아미노에틸아크릴아마이드, 2-아미노에틸메타크릴아마이드, 디에틸렌글리콜모노아크릴레이트, 디에틸렌글리콜모노메타크릴레이트, 2-메톡시에틸아크릴레이트, 2-메톡시에틸메티크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨모노아크릴레이트, 펜타에리톨모노메타크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨디아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨디메타크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨트리아크릴레이트, 글리세롤모노아크릴레이트, 글리세롤모노메타크릴레이트, 트리메틸롤프로판모노아크릴레이트, 트리메틸롤프로판모노메타크릴레이트, 글리시딜아크릴레이트, 글리시딜메타크릴레이트 및 히드록시메틸아크릴아마이드 중에서 선택되는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (b)가 2-하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트임이 특징인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (b)가 2-하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트임이 특징인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 또는 그의 관능기 도입 유도체가 약 2 내지 75중량% 함유된 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가 스티렌임이 특징인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가 약 10내지 75중량% 함유된 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 억제제가 함유된 경화성 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 억제제가 퍼에스테르 및/ 또는 퍼케탈 또는 퍼에스테르 및/또는 퍼케탈의 혼합물인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 억제제가 아조 및/또는 퍼옥사이드 함유 화합물인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 억제제가 아조 화합물 및 퍼에스테르 및/또는 퍼케탈의 혼합물인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 산성 경화 촉진제가 함유된 경화성 조성물.
- 제 9 항 내지 13항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 코발트 함유 화합물을 함유한 촉진제가 함유된 경화성 조성물.
- (a) 가온성의 매치된 금속판 주조에, 한 개 이상의 상술한 섬유의 결합된 웨브를 투입하고,(b) 축적대역에, 경화제 부재하에 120℃에서 측정된 점도가 약 100센티 포아즈 이하이며 열경화성 수지 조성물을 가열시, 경화될 수 있는 열경화성 유기물질의 약체부분을 투입하며 이때 상술한 액체 부분의 점도는, 상술한 재료 경화가 실제 일어나는 온도보다 낮은 온도를 유지함으로써 축적대역 중에서 필수적으로 일정하게 유지시키며,(c) 상술한 웨브가 함유된 상술한 주조를 밀봉하고,(d) 압력하에, 상술한 축적대역으로부터, 주형으로, 상술한 열경화성 유기물질의 적어도 일부분을 삽입하여, 상술한 주형의 공백을 채우며,(e) 주형에 열을 가하여, 상술한 물질의 경화가 시작되는 온도 이상으로 재료를 가열하며, 상술한 재료의 경화가 시작되도록 하며,(f) 상술한 주형을 열어, 거기로부터, 경화된 열경화성 제품을 제거시키는 단계를 함유하는 섬유보강제품을 제조하는 개량방법에 있어서, 수지 조성물이(a) 2개 이상의 중합 가능한 탄소-탄소 이중 결합을 함유하는 열경화성 유기물질.(b) (a)와는 다른 분자량 300 이하인 아크릴산 혹은 메타크릴산 혹은 이들의 관능화 유도체 및(c) (a),(b)와는 다르며,(a),(b)에 용해될 수 있고, (a),(b)와 공중합될 수 있는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 혼합물로 구성됨이 특징인 상기의 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
