Claims (13)

  1. 다음 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물을, 임의로 할로겐화한 지방족 탄소수 2 내지 5의 카복실산 무수물 또는 탄소수 2 내지 5의 카복실산 할리드 및 강산의 촉매량 존재하에, 50 내지 150℃로 가열시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 헤테로아릴-벤족세핀-알카노산 및 6,11-디하이드로-11-옥소-디벤즈 [b,e]옥세핀-알카노산의 제조방법.
  2. 상기식에서
  3. X는 연결되는 탄소원자와 함께 벤젠환 또는 1 내지 2개의 산소, 질소 또는 유황원자를 함유하는 5- 또는 6-원헤테로 아릴환이고, R1및 R2는 각각 수소 또는 메틸이며,
  4. R3는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 알콕시, 할로겐 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고,
  5. n은 0, 1, 2 또는 3이다.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물 1몰을 농인산 1 내지 10몰% 존재하에 불활성 유기용매 중에서, 지방족 탄소수 2 내지 5의 카복실산 무수물 또는 지방족 탄소수 2 내지 5의 카복실산 할라이드 1 내지 1.5몰과 가열하는 방법.
  7. 제 1 및 2항에 있어서, 용매 없이 카복실산 무수물 또는 할라이드 과량 존재하에 가열하는 방법.
  8. 제 1 및 2항에 있어서, 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물 1몰을, 농인산 1 내지 10몰% 존재하에 방향족 탄화수소 중에서, 아세트산 무수물 1 내지 1.5몰 또는 아세틸클로라이드 1 내지 1.5몰과 가열하는 방법
  9. 제 1 내지 4항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물을 100 내지 140℃로 가열하는 방법.
  10. 제 1 내지 4항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물을 불활성 담체물질 존재하에 가열하는 방법.
  11. 제 6 항에 있어서, 담체물질이 규조토, 알칼리금속-알루미늄 실리케이트 또는 활성탄인 방법.
