Claims (9)

  1. 입상분사매질을 운반기류속에 접어넣고 운반기류에 의하여 이를 운반 및 가속하여 처리대상표면에 분축시킨 다음에, 분사매질의 입자를 적시는 액상보충재, 특히 물이 충전된 보충기류를 분사매질이 충전된 운반기류에 첨가하는, 특히 분사매질이 충전된 운반기류속에 주입하는 압축공기 분사를 위한 방법으로서, 주입영역에서 보충기류의 동압이 운반기류의 동압보다 (★스캔)내지 (★스캔)배, 특히 2배 정도 더 높은 것이 특징인 분사방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 단위시간내에 주입영역에 공급되는 분사매질의 질량이 단위시간내에 주입영역에 공급되는 운반공기의 질량보다 약 1.4-2.5배, 특히 1.7-2.2배 정도 더 적은 것이 특징인 분사방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 단위시간에 주입영역에 공급되는 보충재의 질량이 단위시간내에 주입영역에 공급되는 운반공기의 질량보다 약1/20 내지 1/30, 특히 1/25정도 적은 것이 특징인 분사방법.
  4. 제1-3항중 어느 한항에 있어서 보충재를 첨가하기전에, 입상분사매질을 가습제, 특히 친수성재료로 둘러싸는 것이 특징인 분사방법.
  5. 제1-3항중 어느 한항에 있어서 보충기류의 동압이 10-30바아인 것이 특징인 분사방법.
  6. 제1-5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 분사매질의 첨가를 보충재가 충전된 보충기류의 첨가와 강제로 결합시키는 것이 특징인 분사방법.
  7. 제1-6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 보충재가 충전된 보충기류를 운반기류와 편심적으로 운반기류속에 공급하는 것이 특징인 분사방법.
  8. 제1-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서 분사매질이 충전된 운반기류를 그 비행방향으로 회전시키면서 주입영역으로 안내하는 것이 특징인 분사방법.
  9. 제1-8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 보충재가 보충기류를 운반기류의 비행방향에서 보아 노즐협착영역앞에서 주입하는 것이 특징인 분사방법.
