Claims (11)

  1. 압력 용기 내에서 모래 및 물을 혼합하여 압력하에 분사노즐로 반송하고, 분사 노즐내에서 보조 추진제를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습윤 모래를 사용하여 샌드블래스팅을 행하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 추진제도 압축 공기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수면하에서 샌드블래스팅 작업을 수행할 때 추진제로 가압수를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 분사 노즐에 의해 발생하는 척력을 보상하기 위해 추진제를 샌드블래스팅 매질을 분사하는 방향과 반대 방향으로 동시에 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느항에 있어서, 습식 샌드블래스팅 과정중에 물-모래의 유동층을 압력 용기내에서 하나 이상의 수분류로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 모래를 압력 용기내에 충진시킬 때, 수분류를 유동층 형성 노즐로부터 분사하여 미세한 모래(입자)가 노즐내로 유입되지 않도록 방지하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 물-모래 혼합물이 압력 용기로부터 송출된 후에 보조 가압수를 조절하여 상기 혼합물레 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 블래스팅 모래가 충진된 압력 용기와, 가압수용 공급라인으로 구성된 전기항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 습식 샌드블래스팅 장치에 있어서, 호스(튜브) (2)를 통해 압력 용기(1)에 연결된 습윤 모래를 반송하는 분사 노즐(3)을 마련하고, 분사노즐(3)은 부가적인 또는 추진제 라인(4)에 연결되어 그 내부로물 모래 혼합물을 반송하는 호스(2)가 개구된 추진(구동) 노즐(5)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 샌드블래스팅 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 분사노즐(3)이 추진 노즐의 하류측에서 모래-물 혼합물을 유입시키는 유입구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 샌드블래스팅 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 수면하에서 샌드블래스팅 작업을 수행하기 위해 분사 매질이 송출되는 방향으로 추진제를 송출하는 하나 이상의 개구부(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 샌드블래스팅 장치.
  11. 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느항에 있어서, 압력 용기(1)의 저부 출구 또는 배수구(7)의 상부에서 가압수를 공급하는 노즐(8)과, 압력 용기를 충전시킬 때에 소량의 가압수를 연속적으로 공급하고 샌드블래스팅 과정중에는 강한 가압수 분류를 공급하는 장치(9)와, 물-모래 혼합물을 반송하는 호스(2)의 시작 부분내로보조 가압수를 조절하에 공급하는 장치(10)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 샌드블래스팅 장치.
