Claims (9)

  1. 시클로덱스트린을 물 또는 물과 수혼화성 유기 용매의 혼합물 중에서 하기식(I)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기식(I)의 화합물 또는 그의 염이 시클로덱스트린에 내포된 화합물의 제조방법.
    (상기 식에서,
    A는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 저급 알킬렌이고; R1은 수소, 또는 저급 알킬이고; R2는 수소, 저급 알킬, 페닐, 페닐-저급 알킬, 히드록시페닐-저급 알킬, 히드록시-저급 알킬, 아미노-저급 알킬, 구아니디노-저급 알킬, 이미다졸일-저급 알킬, 인돌일-저급 알킬, 메르캅토-저급 알킬 또는 저급 알킬티오-저급 알킬이고; R1및 R2는 함께 피롤리딘 환 또는 티아졸리딘 환을 만들수도 있으며, 각환은 페닐 또는 피리딜에 의해 치환될 수 있으며, 페닐은 히드록시, 저급 알콕시, 할로겐, 니트로 또는 술파모일에 의해 재치환될 수 있으며; R3는 수소 또는

  2. 제1항에 있어서, R3가 수소임을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조방법.

  4. 제1항에 있어서, A가 -CH2CH2-, -CH2CH(CH3)-, -C(CH3)2- 또는 -CH(CH3)-임을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 식(I)의 화합물이 (2R,4R)-2-(2-히드록시페닐)-3-(3-메르캅토프로파노일)-4-티아졸리딘카르복실산임을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 식(I)의 화합물이 (2S)-1-[(2S)-3-메르캅토-2-메틸프로파노일]-2-피롤리딘카르복실산임을 특징으로하는 화합물의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 식(I)의 화합물이(4R,4'R)3,3'-[3,3'-디티오비스(프로파노일)]비스[[2-(2-히드록시페닐)-4-티아졸리딘카르복실산]임을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 식(I)의 화합물이 N-(2-메르캅토-2-메틸프로파노일)-L-시스테인임을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 식(I)의 화합물이 N-(2-메르캅토프로파노일)글리신임을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조방법.
