Claims (10)
- 크롬함유 선철의 탈인, 탈황, 탈질소 방법에 있어서, 상기 철의 용융물을 10% 이상 40% 미만의 CaO와 5% 이상 40% 이하의 산화철과 40% 이상 80% 이하의 CaF2를 함유하고 불순물인 SiO2의 함량이 01%이하이며, %CaO/%SiO2의 비가 3 이상인 슬래그가 접촉시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 선철의 탈인, 탈황, 탈질소방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬래그가 20% 이상 40% 미만의 CaO와, 15% 이상 35% 이하의 산화철과, 40% 이상 60% 이하의 CaF2를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 선철의 탈인, 탈황, 탈질소방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 슬래그가 25% 이상 35% 이하의 CaO와 20% 이상 30% 이하의 산화철과, 40% 이상 50% 이하의 CaF2를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 선철의 탈인, 탈황, 탈질소방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 슬래그에 함유되는 산화철이 부분적으로 산화니켈로 대치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 선철의 탈인, 탈황, 탈질소방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 용융철의 Si 함량이 슬래그와의 접촉전에 0.2% 또는 그 미만까지 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 선철의 탈인, 탈황, 탈질소방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, Si 함량이 0.1% 또는 그 미만까지 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 선철의 탈인, 탈황, 탈질소방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 용융철의 탄소 함량이 슬래그와의 접촉전에 4%이상으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 선철의 탈인, 탈황, 탈질소방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 용융철의 탄소함량이 슬래그와의 접촉전에 4.5% 이상으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 선철의 탈인, 탈황, 탈질소방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 용융철의 탄소함량이 5.0% 이상으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 선철의 탈인, 탈황, 탈질소방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 크롬함유 선철이 니켈을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬함유 선철의 탈인, 탈황, 탈질소방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
