Claims (10)

  1. 하기 내용을 포함하는 수성중합체 분산제 :
    (가) 50° 이하의 유리전이온도를 갖는 알칼리 불용성 중합체의 총분산제 중량에 대해서 10 내지 60%
    (나) 알칼리 가용성 중합체의 중량에 대해서 중합형태로 포함되는 알칼리 가용성 합성부가 중합체.
    (1) 볼부가 중합 카르복실산의 비닐 에스테르의 40 내지 90%;
    (2) 모노에틸렌 불포화 카르복실산의 C1-C8알킬 에스테르, C2-C4하이드록시 알킬 에스테르 또는 니트릴의 5 내지 55%;
    (3) 모노에틸렌 불포화 카르복실산의 5 내지 55%;
  2. 알칼리 불용성 중합체가 하기의 알칼리 불용성 중합체에 대해서, 중합형태로 이루어지는 합성부가 중합체로서 청구범위 제1항의 수성중합 분산제.
    (1) 모노비닐리덴 방향족 단량체의 30 내지 75%,
    (2) 지방족 공액계 디엔의 25 내지 70%.
  3. 알칼리불용성 중합체가 모노에틸렌 불포화 카르복실산의 1 내지 10%인 알칼리 불용성 중합체의 중량에 의해서 중합체 형태로서 청구범위 제2항의 수성중합 분산제.
  4. 알칼리 가용성 중합체 (나)의 비닐에스테르 성분이 알칼리 가용성 중합체의 50 내지 85%(중량)로 되어 있는 청구범위 제1항의 수성중합 분산제.
  5. 알칼리 가용성 중합체 (나)의 비닐에스테르 성분이 알칼리 가용성 중합체의 60 내지 85%(중량)로 되어 있는 청구범위 제1항의 수성중합 분산제.
  6. 알칼리 가용성 중합체의 모노에틸렌 불포화 카르복실산 성분이 알칼리 가용성 중합체의 7 내지 13%인 청구범위 제1항의 수성중합 분산제.
  7. 알칼리 가용성 중합체의 비닐에스테르 성분이 비닐아세테이트인 청구범위 제1항의 수성중합 분산제.
  8. 성분 (나 2)가 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 C1-C8 알킬에스테르인 청구범위 제1항의 수성중합 분산제.
  9. 알칼리 불용성 중합체 성분 (가)가 하기의 공중합체
    (1) 30 내지 70%의 스티렌,
    (2) 25 내지 70%의 1, 3-부타디엔,
    (3) 1 내지 5%의 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타코닌산, 푸말산이나 말레인산, 그리고 알칼리 가용성 중합체성분 (나)가 pH9, 20rpm, 온도 25℃에서 3% 수용액 브룩필드점도 10-1200cps를 갖는 하기의 공중합체 :
    (1) 50 내지 85%의 비닐아세테이트,
    (2) 5 내지 45%의 에틸아크릴레이트.
    (3) 5 내지 15%의 메타크릴산.
  10. 청구범위 제1항의 결합제의 수성중합 분산제의 모든 건조중량 기질에서, 색소 100부당 3 내지 30부의 수성 코우팅 성분.
