Claims (8)
- 물을 전기 분해하기 위한 복수의 전해실을 구비한 전해수 생성장치로서,
각 전해실에는 서로 대향하여 배치된 제 1급전체 및 제 2급전체와, 상기 전해실을 상기 제 1급전체 측의 제 1극실과, 상기 제 2급전체 측의 제 2극실로 구분하는 격막이 배치되고,
각 전해실은 각 제 1극실을 직렬 또는 병렬로 연통시키는 제 1수로와, 각 제 2극실을 직렬로 연통시키는 제 2수로에 의해 연결되고,
상기 제 2수로의 상류 측에 있는 상기 제 2극실에서는 중성 전해수가 생성되고, 상기 제 2수로의 하류 측에 있는 상기 제 2극실에서는 알칼리성 전해수가 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해수 생성장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 각 제 2극실 내에서의 수류의 방향은 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 전해수 생성장치. - 제 2항에 있어서,
각 전해실은 상기 수류의 방향에 수직인 방향으로 나란히 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해수 생성장치. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 제 2수로의 상류 측에 있는 전해실은 제 1전해조의 제 1측벽에 의해 구획되고, 상기 제 2수로의 적어도 일부는 상기 제 1측벽의 내부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해수 생성장치. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 제 1수로는 각 제 1극실을 직렬로 연통시키고, 상기 제 1수로의 적어도 일부는 상기 제 1측벽의 내부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해수 생성장치. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 제 2수로의 하류 측에 있는 전해실은 제 2전해조의 제 2측벽에 의해 구획되고, 상기 제 2수로의 적어도 일부는 상기 제 2측벽의 내부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해수 생성장치. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 제 1수로는 각 제 1극실을 직렬로 연통시키고, 상기 제 1수로의 적어도 일부는 상기 제 2측벽의 내부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해수 생성장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2수로의 상류 측에 있는 상기 전해실에 배치되는 상기 격막은 고체 고분자막인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해수 생성장치.

However, in the electrolytic water generator described in Patent Document 1, scale such as calcium is precipitated as water is electrolyzed in the cathode chamber of the first electrolysis unit. In addition, the scale deposited in the cathode chamber of the first electrolysis unit adheres to the water passage on the downstream side of the cathode chamber in the first electrolysis unit, thereby impeding the smooth flow of water. That is, scale may be attached to not only the cathode chamber of the second electrolysis unit but also to the waterway connecting the cathode chamber of the first electrolysis unit and the cathode chamber of the second electrolysis unit, thereby impeding the smooth flow of the alkaline water. |
