- 기판 상에 오염방지 코팅물을 형성하는 방법으로서,
경화성 코팅 조성물을 상기 기판의 노출된 표면에 도포하는 단계 및 상기 경화성 코팅 조성물을 경화시켜 상기 기판에 부착된 오염방지 코팅물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 코팅 조성물은, 경화 전에,
a) 적어도 1종의 에폭시 수지;
b) 성분 a) 및 b)의 총 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 70% 양의 적어도 1종의 아민-작용성 폴리(디알킬실록산) 폴리머; 및
c) 적어도 1종의 알킬렌 폴리아민, 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민 또는 폴리메르캅탄 에폭시 경화제
를 함유하는 액상을 포함하며;
성분 b) 및 c)는 함께 성분 a)에 의해 제공된 에폭시기의 당량당 약 0.75 내지 1.5 당량의 아민 질소 원자 및/또는 티올기를 제공하며, 상기 오염방지 코팅물은 22℃에서 광학 접촉각 측정기(optical contact angle meter)를 사용하여 측정할 때 적어도 100°의 물 접촉각을 나타내는, 기판 상에 오염방지 코팅물을 형성하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 성분 c)는 폴리메르캅탄 에폭시 경화제를 포함하는, 방법.
- 기판 상에 오염방지 코팅물을 형성하는 방법으로서,
경화성 코팅 조성물을 기판의 노출된 표면에 도포하는 단계 및 상기 경화성 코팅 조성물을 경화시켜 상기 기판에 부착된 오염방지 코팅물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 코팅 조성물은,
a) 에폭시 수지 성분으로서, 1) i) 적어도 1종의 폴리에폭사이드 또는 폴리에폭사이드의 혼합물과 ii) 적어도 1종의 아민-작용성 폴리(디알킬실록산) 폴리머의 에폭시기-함유 반응 생성물을 포함하는 액상을 갖는, 상기 에폭시 수지 성분과,
b) 상기 에폭시 수지 성분에서 에폭시기의 당량당 약 0.75 내지 1.5 당량의 아민 질소 원자 및/또는 티올기를 제공하기 위한 양의, 적어도 1종의 알킬렌 폴리아민, 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민 또는 폴리메르캅탄 경화제를 포함하는 경화제 성분
의 혼합물이며,
상기 오염방지 코팅물은 22℃에서 광학 접촉각 측정기를 사용하여 측정할 때 적어도 100°의 물 접촉각을 나타내는, 기판 상에 오염방지 코팅물을 형성하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 성분 b)는 적어도 1종의 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민을 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라서 제조된, 코팅된 기판.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 기판은 선체, 부표, 바지선, 부두, 오일 및 천연 가스 생산 플랫폼, 레비(levy), 댐, 옹벽, 관수로, 세탁기 통(washing machine tub), 세탁물 통(laundry tub), 식기세척기 내부, 욕조, 수영장, 도섭지(wading pool), 침전지(settling pond), 발효 용기, 싱크대, 하수관(sewage line), 하수조(sewage tank), 수로(water channel) 또는 농업용 물 저장 및 취급 시스템인, 코팅된 기판.
- i) 적어도 1종의 폴리에폭사이드 또는 폴리에폭사이드의 혼합물과, ii) 적어도 1종의 아민-작용성 폴리(디알킬실록산) 폴리머의 액체, 에폭시기-함유 반응 생성물.
- 에폭시 수지 성분 및 경화제 성분을 포함하는 2-부분 에폭시 수지 코팅 조성물로서, 상기 에폭시 수지 성분은, 1) i) 적어도 1종의 폴리에폭사이드 또는 폴리에폭사이드의 혼합물과 ii) 적어도 1종의 아민-작용성 폴리(디알킬실록산) 폴리머의 에폭시기-함유 반응 생성물 및 선택적으로 2) 적어도 1종의 추가의 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 액상을 가지며; 상기 경화제 성분은 적어도 1종의 알킬렌 폴리아민, 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민 또는 폴리메르캅탄 경화제를 포함하는, 2-부분 에폭시 수지 코팅 조성물.
- 적어도 하나의 표면 상에 경화된 코팅물을 갖는 기판으로서, 상기 경화된 코팅물은 청구항 8의 2-부분 에폭시 수지 코팅 조성물의 상기 에폭시 수지 성분 및 상기 경화제 성분을 혼합하고, 상기 기판 상에 수득한 혼합물의 층을 형성하고, 상기 층을 경화시켜 상기 기판에 부착된 코팅물을 형성함으로써 형성되는, 적어도 하나의 표면 상에 경화된 코팅물을 갖는 기판.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 선체, 부표, 바지선, 부두, 오일 및 천연 가스 생산 플랫폼, 레비, 댐, 옹벽, 관수로, 세탁기 통, 세탁물 통, 식기세척기 내부, 욕조, 수영장, 도섭지, 침전지, 발효 용기, 싱크대, 하수관, 하수조, 수로 또는 농업용 물 저장 및 취급 시스템인, 적어도 하나의 표면 상에 경화된 코팅물을 갖는 기판.
