Claims (14)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 응집력 제어요소의 함량은 0.01~20 mole%; 상기 유연성 제어요소의 함량은 50~70 mole%; 및 상기 접착력 제어요소의 함량은 20~40 mole%로 공중합되어 있는 것에 특징이 있는 천연물 유래 아이소솔바이드를 포함하는 아크릴 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 상기 아크릴 공중합체 100중량부에 가교제 0.01~0.50 중량부 및 광개시제 0.1~1.0 중량부가 혼합된 천연물 유래 아이소솔바이드를 포함하는 아크릴 공중합체 수지.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 가교제는 1,6- 헥산디올 디아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 트리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 테트라에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 1,4-부탄디올 디메타크릴레이트, 1, 6-헥산디올 디메타크릴레이트, 1,10-데칸디올 디메타크릴레이트, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트 및 트리사이클로데칸디메틸올 디메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것에 특징이 있는 천연물 유래 아이소솔바이드를 포함하는 아크릴 공중합체 수지.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 공중합체 수지는 수평균 분자량(Mn(g/mol)) 300,000~1000,000, 질량평균 분자량(Mw (g/mol)) 1,000,000~1,700,000 , 다분산지수(PDI) 1.0~ 5.6인 것에 특징이 있는 천연물 유래 아이소솔바이드를 포함하는 아크릴 공중합체 수지.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 공중합체 수지는 고용분 함량이 10~20%인 것에 특징이 있는 천연물 유래 아이소솔바이드를 포함하는 아크릴 공중합체 수지.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 공중합체 수지는 점성이 2,000~6,000(cps)인 것에 특징이 있는 천연물 유래 아이소솔바이드를 포함하는 아크릴 공중합체 수지.
- 청구항 5 내지 청구항 9중 어느 한 항에 의한 아크릴계 공중합체 수지로 구성될 수 있는 접착제 필름.
- 천연 단당류인 아이소솔바이드(Isosorbide)를 이용하여 하기 화학식 4인 하이드록시아이소솔바이드아크릴레이트(Hydroxy isosorbide acrylate) 또는 알킬아이소솔바이드아크릴레이트(Alkyl isosorbide acrylate)를 합성하는 단계; 및
상기 하이드록시아이소솔바이드아크릴레이트(Hydroxy isosorbide acrylate) 또는 알킬아이소솔바이드아크릴레이트(Alkyl isosorbide acrylate)와 아크릴산 유도체를 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 천연물 유래 아이소솔바이드를 포함하는 아크릴 공중합체 합성방법.
