Claims (10)
- 입자상 결착재와, 물을 포함하고,
상기 입자상 결착재가, 전해액 팽윤도가 450 질량% 이상 700 질량% 이하인 제1입자상 중합체와, 전해액 팽윤도가 300 질량% 이상 400 질량% 이하인 제2입자상 중합체를 포함하는, 이차전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1입자상 중합체의 개수 평균 입자경에 대한 상기 제2입자상 중합체의 개수 평균 입자경의 비가 1.8 이상 4.4 이하인, 이차전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
고형분 환산으로, 상기 제1입자상 중합체와 상기 제2입자상 중합체의 합계 100 질량부당 상기 제1입자상 중합체를 70 질량부 이상 95 질량부 이하 포함하는, 이차전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 입자상 결착재가, 전해액 팽윤도가 130 질량% 이상 250 질량% 이하인 제3입자상 중합체를 더 포함하는, 이차전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제3입자상 중합체의 개수 평균 입자경이, 상기 제1입자상 중합체의 개수 평균 입자경보다도 크고, 또한, 상기 제2입자상 중합체의 개수 평균 입자경보다도 작은, 이차전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
고형분 환산으로, 상기 입자상 결착재 100 질량부당 상기 제1입자상 중합체와 상기 제2입자상 중합체를 합계로 30 질량부 이상 70 질량부 이하 포함하고, 상기 제3입자상 중합체를 30 질량부 이상 70 질량부 이하 포함하는, 이차전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 이차전지 전극용 바인더 조성물과, 전극 활물질을 포함하는, 이차전지 전극용 슬러리 조성물.
- 제7항에 따른 이차전지 전극용 슬러리 조성물을 사용하여 얻어지는 전극 합재층을 가지는 이차전지용 전극.
- 제7항에 따른 이차전지 전극용 슬러리 조성물을 집전체 상에 도포하는 공정과,
상기 집전체 상에 도포된 이차전지 전극용 슬러리 조성물을 건조시켜 집전체 상에 전극 합재층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 이차전지 전극용 슬러리 조성물을 건조시킬 때의 온도가 70℃ 이상인, 이차전지용 전극의 제조 방법. - 정극, 부극, 세퍼레이터 및 전해액을 구비하고,
상기 정극 및 상기 부극의 적어도 한쪽이 제8항에 따른 이차전지용 전극인, 이차전지.
