수용될 휴대폰(10)에 맞는 구성을 갖는 임의의 적합한 재료로 이루어진 몸체(1)로 형성된 휴대폰 또는 유사 기기(10)용 케이스에 있어서, 케이스의 하부 몸체(1)로부터 돌출되는 접이식 손잡이(2)를 포함하며, 특정 상황에서 사용자가 전화기 또는 휴대 기기(10)를 사용할 수 있도록 하는 휴대폰 또는 유사 기기(10)용 케이스.

Description

휴대폰 또는 유사 기기용 케이스{CASE FOR MOBILE PHONES OR SIMILAR DEVICES}
휴대폰용 케이스 또는 커버는 일상적인 사용 중 발생할 수 있는 충격 또는 마모 및 찢김으로부터 휴대 전자 기기를 보호하는 역할을 하는 요소이다. 사용자 조작을 용이하게 하기 위해 기기의 스크린 및 휴대폰의 버튼을 노출된 상태로 둘 수 있는 부분적인 커버로 본질적으로 구성되는 매우 다양한 케이스가 현재 시판 중에 있다.
이러한 케이스는 무한히 다양한 디자인, 형상 및 컬러 이외에도 경질, 반 경질 또는 연질 구성을 가질 수 있도록 상이한 재료(플라스틱, 실리콘, 이들의 조합 등)로 제조될 수 있다.
스마트폰으로 알려진 휴대폰은 사진 또는 동영상을 촬영할 수 있는 카메라를 포함하며 해당 아이콘을 누르는 것에 의해 본질적으로 작동되는 것으로 잘 알려져 있다. 촬영 기능은 보통 양 손을 사용하여 수행되는데, 이는 휴대 전화기를 보다 조작이 용이하고 안전하게 잡는 방식이기 때문이라는 점이 언급되어야 한다. 그러나, 자신의 사진을 촬영하거나 다른 한 손을 다른 이유로 사용할 때와 같이, 사용자가 부득이 휴대 전화기를 한 손만으로 사용하여야 할 때에는, 동시에 잡고 작동시키는 것이 어려워져, 질이 좋지 않은 사진을 얻거나 심지어 휴대폰을 떨어뜨리게 된다.
본 발명 출원의 목적은 획기적인 혁신 및 장점을 갖는 휴대폰용 케이스를 등록하는 것이다.
보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 사용자가 특정 상황에서 휴대폰 또는 기기를 사용하도록 할 수 있는 케이스의 개발을 제안한다.
본 발명은, 적용 분야에서 신규한 것으로서 구성되고 전술한 단점을 해결하며, 아래의 첨부된 설명으로부터 명백해지는 다른 추가적인 이점을 제공하는 케이스를 제공하기 위해 개발되었다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 내부에 수용될 휴대폰에 맞는 구성을 갖는 임의의 적합한 재료로 이루어진 몸체로 구성된 휴대폰용 새로운 케이스를 제공하는 데에 있으며, 케이스의 몸체의 하부로부터 돌출되는 접이식 손잡이를 포함하여, 사용자가 휴대폰 또는 기기를 한 손으로만 잡고 조작하도록 하여 안전성 및 균형을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 손잡이가 완전히 접힌 경우에는, 케이스는 임의의 종래의 케이스의 특징을 가져, 그 크기, 형상 또는 질감이 변하지 않고 사용자에게 불편함을 주지 않는다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에서, 케이스의 몸체의 후방면은 손잡이가 종방향으로 슬라이드 이동할 수 있는 가이드 수단을 포함한다.
바람직하게는, 가이드 수단은, 그 사이에서 손잡이가 슬라이드 이동하는 서로 분리된 한 쌍의 종방향 가이드를 포함하며, 손잡이는 이동 경로를 제한하는 접합 수단을 갖는다. 이러한 가이드의 존재는 케이스에게 보다 큰 강성을 부여한다.

상술한 도면을 참조하고 채용된 번호에 따라, 아래에서 상세하게 나타내고 설명되는 부품 및 요소를 포함하는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예가 관찰될 수 있다.
그러므로, 도 1a 내지 도 1c에서 볼 수 있듯이, 휴대 전화 기기(10)에 배치되기에 적절한 케이스는, 케이스의 몸체(1)의 하부로부터 돌출되는 접이식 손잡이(2)를 포함하는 실질적으로 직사각형의 베이스를 갖는 몸체(1)를 본질적으로 포함하는 것으로 나타난다. 특히, 서로 분리된 한 쌍의 평행 종방향 가이드(3)가 케이스의 몸체(1)의 후방면에 구비되며, 그 사이에서 손잡이(2)가 도 1b의 화살표로 나타낸 방향으로 슬라이드 이동하여 접히거나 펴진 자세를 취한다. 또한, 접이식 손잡이(2)가 케이스의 몸체(1)로부터 분리되는 것을 방지하기 위해, 접이식 손잡이(2)는 이동 경로를 제한하는 수단을 포함한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 수용될 휴대폰에 맞는 구성을 갖는 임의의 적합한 재료로 이루어진 몸체로 형성된 휴대폰 또는 유사 기기용 케이스에 있어서,
    상기 케이스의 상기 몸체의 하부로부터 돌출되는 접이식 손잡이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 또는 유사 기기용 케이스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스의 상기 몸체의 후방면은 상기 손잡이가 종방향으로 슬라이드 이동할 수 있는 가이드 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 또는 유사 기기용 케이스.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 가이드 수단은, 그 사이에서 상기 손잡이가 슬라이드 이동하는 서로 분리된 한 쌍의 종방향 가이드를 포함하며, 상기 손잡이는 이동 경로를 제한하는 접합 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 또는 유사 기기용 케이스.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 손잡이의 일단은 상기 케이스의 상기 몸체에 힌지 방식으로 관절 연결되는 회전 샤프트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 또는 유사 기기용 케이스.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스의 상기 몸체는 상기 손잡이가 선회 방식으로 결합되는 샤프트를 포함하여, 상기 접이식 손잡이가 상기 케이스의 상기 몸체에 의해 정의된 평면에 평행한 평면 상에서 회전할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 또는 유사 기기용 케이스.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스의 상기 몸체는 상기 접이식 손잡이의 치수에 상보적인 치수를 갖는 하우징을 가지며, 상기 손잡이는 펴지지 않은 상태로 배치될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 또는 유사 기기용 케이스.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
